natura GreenTech's mission is to send you quality plants. We inspect each product very carefully before it leaves us to make sure it’s in tip-top condition. We also do our package and protect everything so that it doesn’t get damaged on its way. We do our best to secure your plants beautifully but transit can be brutal for plants. However, if you do have a problem, here is what to do:
If you have received a defected item, please take a photo within 24 hours of shipment delivery and email the details along with your order number to us.
The product is totally different from what you ordered & was not informed beforehand for the same.
Returns for Plants will be accepted only for Damaged products. Refund will be provided only in case replacement for the same product is not available.
Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged/ Defective product maximum within 24 hours of delivery.
Please do not accept any products with damaged/ tampered packaging (excludes normal wear & tear and markings on the outer surface of the package, acceptable in the transit process).
Orders delivered & accepted by the customer cannot be refunded. In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact our customer care team immediately in 24hrs. Plant packages have to be opened immediately since these are perishable items, if you leave a box unopened beyond 2 days we won't be able to help with exchanges or returns.
Plants are sensitive creatures, and just like bringing a new pet home, you really have to invest some labor of love into plant care to see these living beings thrive. If your plant first arrived well and you follow our care instructions, these beings will stay with you for a long long time. But if for some reason despite your best efforts the plant gives up on you within the first 15 days, we will replace it.
